Comprehensive Development Plan "Comprehensive Development Plan" means the comprehensive development plan referred to as plans Nos.: 1039, 1040 and 1041 in the City of Kuala Lumpur (Planning) Act, 1973;

Comprehensive Development Plan "Comprehensive Development Plan" means the Comprehensive Development Plan for the Iskandar Development Region, and includes any alteration of such Comprehensive Development Plan by virtue of section 25; and "draft Comprehensive Development Plan" shall be construed as the context requires;
